3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Files.Money may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the notification of claimed infringement or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers

Files.Money will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from the site more than twice.

5. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our site and updating the effective date.
